@julia_holovko yet they each said it was “useful” and for a negative, they all said they hadn’t “noticed” yet? That’s an odd turn of phrase to be repeated over and over.
How does this compare with Adobe Echo sign or sign now? Your price point is comparable with adobe echo sign and more expensive that sign now both of which have templates and signing links.

Our main differences from other products out there are that our app is available for all major platforms (MacOS, Windows, iOS, Android, and browser) – it makes it fast to use and allows to work with no or low internet connection. 👌
We offer a few subscription plans and provide full functionality for each one, the price varies of users quantity, not the features.
There are no limits to the number of documents 📄, you need to send for signature, comparing to other alternatives out there. 😌
👉 Moreover, it is always free for signers, meaning those who receive the document for signature or as an observer.
Regarding the templates, could you please elaborate on the template links - I don’t quite catch what you mean. 🤔
We do have templates that you can create or upload to KeepSolid Sign to save your time working with standard documents.
Also, signers always receive a secure link 🔐to sign the docs.

By signing links I mean you create a template and define the signing fields and signers, be it, the issuer or a signer/client. The template is saved and a signing link is created which can be distributed. Each time the link is accessed a new form is presented to be completed by the user. Signing links can be useful to post to web pages or within documents as part of a workflow/process. I hope that make sense

Now, we don’t support sharable signing links. 🙁 But this totally makes sense and we’ve added the suggestion to our backlog.
Let us be frank 😏, as it’s only v. 1.0 🚀 - all the efforts were made for the productiveness and the stable workflow.

At the moment, you may easily create the template, paste all the necessary fields and keep it safe in the app, once you need to sign the doc, just assign the signer and the link will be generated and sent automatically 📧 to the selected person.
Additionally, you can auto-remind participants about your document, track the status in real time etc.
Probably the easiest way to get a signature.
Scan, upload, define signature space, sign, define signature space for second party, send email, wait, get the document back with both signatures.
Pros:Easy to create a document with signature and request a signature form 2nd party.
Cons:Not free :(
Just checked Windows and Android apps - navigation looks the same on both apps, so it is quite easy to use. I like the arrows which show what to do next, quite helpful. So, everything seems nice, though I am not a frequent e-signature user.

Thanks a lot. We designed the same user flow / scenario for all platforms our app is available on, so it means, it is really friendly and convenient to use.
@adnan_ammache, hey, Docusign is a great tool, and we just started our way launching 1.0 version. We do things a bit differently though, in regards of technology - KeepSolid Sign is a native app for all major platforms (Mac, Windows, iOS, Android and browsers) which allows you to access, manage and work with your documents on the go, with low or no internet connection. Being a native app, it also works faster and allows you to do more inside the app, without the need to be redirected to web version or elsewhere.

Why did you decided to create the product/What is the main idea of your app? There are lots of other alternatives on the market already.
What will the future be look like for KeepSolid Sign?
@oscar_brunn Thank you for the questions, Oscar. The main goal that we’ve set for ourselves with KeepSolid Sign development was to make a mundane task of document signing convenient and swift. Also, our experience with previous products taught us the importance of customer centricity. After all, it doesn’t matter if you’ve invented the most effective solution in the world if no one adopts it.
Before the launch of the full version, we conducted a beta and got more than 4K users on board. We got priceless feedback. And that was the best reward for us. It inspires and we continue working to improve our service and make easier your everyday workflow. We are working to become better and better every day, so the time will show.
We’ve just released v1.0, but we are getting ready for the next updated with new features as Digital Signature, audit trail user authentification added. So, please stay tuned.

@ilya_azovtsev Further - more. 😌 We are currently working on a big feature - digital signature. It is actually different from the electronic signature and helps to identify the participants, meaning that you are who you say you are.
This includes document audit trail - the history of working with documents and what happened to it during the workflow, additional user authentication, which leads to even more secure signing. 🔏
Between those, the upcoming update will give you all the benefits of having an Apple watch.⌚️
KeepSolid Sign will help you be more effective working with your documents on the go and stay up to date with a document workflow.
At the moment it does the job I need - paste the signature field as well as dates and names on the contract and send it. It also syncs all my documents between my devices. And it is cheaper than their nearest competitors, but definitely only on its start.
Pros:I like that it is a multiplatform app, and I can use it seamlessly on my Mac, iPhone and iPad.
Cons:It is a very simple app comparing to their big competitors like Adobe or Docusign.

Generally, it is quite good value for the money (i am on their single user plan), they definitely need to provide tips or tour, at least for their windows app because it is hard to start using the product. I need only a simple signature from my clients, so I haven’t gone deeper in their features.
Pros:They have a native app for windows and have templates, which help me reduce time to create and send the same agreement i use for my clients.
Cons:It is a bit hard to figure out how to start and was a bit confusing for the first time. I sent the first document for signature incorrectly.
