@shyam_kumar20, crafting an intuitive user experience; such that one can deploy their apps on kubernetes with fewest clicks with Kapstan taking care of the magic in background was quite a challenge. This is an area of intense focus for team and we have suite of features lined up in coming weeks. One notable improvement we are working on is to provide visibility into costs per apps & pods running; so you can dive into and find out which app is contributing to your latest cluster bill shooting up by 30%.

But Kapstan hides all complexities from user backed by 100 of hours of research on how to deploy stuff in most secure, reliable and cost effective way. We(https://www.headlamp.com/) have been using early Kapstan release for few months for our AWS infrastructure setup and applications deployment. Without any expertise in AWS and Kubernetes deployments, Kapstan made it a breeze for us to setup our entire Cloud Infrastructure very quickly. Application Deployments are quick and easy to setup. We were able to replicate our infrastructure accross Development, Staging and Production without any effort at all. I am glad to have an opportunity to use Kapstan at a very early stage. The engineering teams I work with are always complaining about the laundry list of SOC 2 compliance tasks. Will Kapstan help get you on track towards SOC 2 requirements?

Hey @nick_kessler, excellent question! Generally SOC2 compliance exercise bring with it several JIRA tickets for engineering to fix since to keep the velocity high; early engineering teams take shortcuts when deploying to production (direct console/CLI access, not rotating keys, no audit log etc). Kapstan uses best DevSecOps practices to deploy customer's infrastructure in their AWS cloud. This means engineering can still move fast & Kapstan will ensure shortcuts are avoided. You get kubernetes visibility right out of the box; so your team don't need to kubectl into cluster to debug. You also get audit logs out of the box. Our end goal is to take care of several such compliance requirements; so even when you go for SOC2 compliance; you don't need to pause work on new features to clear up compliance tickets. :)
