Hello hunters!
Iβm thrilled to share the Slack app for June ππ€
Iβve had the chance to meet the team a few years ago while Enzo was still a PM @ Intercom, and when he gave a few talks on Product School.
At PS weβre seeing everyday teams struggle to define, implement and rally behind product analytics.
Being able to embed your analytics into Slack in 2-clicks is a great way to make your main metrics front and centered to your team. And without the pain to open and seek for the right reports, every day.
If youβre looking for a quick start, Iβd advise to get started in their free templates library: https://june.so/templates
thanks for hunting us @villaumbrosia π«
Product School is a truly inspiring community, excited about the role it played to foster product management toward a new generation of people π₯
hello Hunter! π
and thanks @villaumbrosia for hunting us π«
We're excited to share that the Slack app for June π
It all started during a sprint when we decided to address a recurring question:
"How can I keep an eye on my metrics without having to constantly remind myself to do it?"
It turns out to be a game-changer for many of our users. So we've worked hard to improve it and fine-tune the experience and release it live for everyone.
At June our mission is to make analytics available to everyone. The app allows you to align your team behind metrics, from the app you already open every morning.
happy to answers any questions you may have =)
take care
Enzo
Congrats June team!! We have been using June for almost 4 months now at Hera and we could not be happier:
- The product is opinionated which prevents you from spending 3 days finding the best way to slice your data and instead let you focus on your core metrics
- June covers 99.9% of the templates a start-up should use
- Being able to set goals and automatically share progress with the team is a killer feature
Your manifesto is slick. 100% aligned with your philosophy of simplicity, data accessibility for non-engineers and only focusing on what really matters. We just finished setting up another product analytics tool and knowing how much work it was I do dig your value proposition! Excited to follow where your product is going.
@enzo_avigo Thanks, Enzo! We're currently on another product (simply started implementing this earlier) but with every feature you release I consider switching more and more. Definitely follow your progress! If we'd restart our product analytics process now, I'd definitely start with trying June. It resonates a lot.
@carlo_thissen sounds legit to me, let me know if I can help somehow then, tools are only one part of the solutions, the rest happens off the tool, happy to support
We have been using the June Slack app at Crew.work for few weeks now, and it's truly a blast ! June is really making analytics simple ! Won't believe it if I haven't tried it.
I've been using June for 3-4 months now and It's amazing. ?makers have been very responsive to feature requests and they release updates at a ridiculous speed. I love it
June makes so much sense because it's KPI-centric.
It flips the usual BI mindset on its head: instead of starting from the data collection (tag everything on your site/app) and then figuring out how to make sense of all that, it starts from the KPI.
=> Which KPIs matter for you? Once you select one, you can connect the relevant events to get the KPI. And voilΓ !
And that's the key thing for most early stage startups - what you care about is really a list of ~10 standardized KPIs. And June helps you get there without the drama.
