I loved working on the product - it is a great tool especially for those with a non-linear background. People who have shifted careers are often rejected at the initial screening step, but the SmartMe profile turns that career change into a strength!
I love this concept. People are more than their CV and this offers candidates a good opportunity to showcase the range of one's skills, and employers to find the right candidate based on those skills.
