JivoChat is a messenger for all your business communications. Talk to teammates in Jivo Team Chat and support customers on 11 channels: Live Chat, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Email, Phone, SMS, Telegram, Viber, Chatbots and Apple Business Chat.
Been using Jivo for more than 3 years now. Continuous improvements, up-to-date integrations, fast support, reliable service and reasonable pricing. 360 degrees customer service without paying hundreds of dollars.
Great product, cool and useful features. I am really enjoying the service. And, support is just WOW. Just one thing that is not working for me is, I have connected my SIP number and not able to make and receive calls from that number. But, you can use their number.
I really enjoy Jivo, but my biggest problem with is is:
There is absolutely no way to organize the messages you receive.
How can it be "One app to rule them all" if there isn't any way to organize such as create custom inboxes/folders similarly to how email works?
Such as create "Urgent" inbox where all messages with label "Urgent" go to, or create different inboxes for different departments.
There is no way to create rules/conditions to automatically label messages (and send them to corresponding inboxes/folders) such as:
If email subject = "Damaged product"
label "urgent"
if message contains = "refund"
assign to specific user/department
if sender email is = "email@supplierX.com"
label "Suppliers/logistics"
Creating rules/conditions and automatically assign/label/send to folder/inbox is a basic feature most common email platforms (like Gmail or Outlook) have, and also that most of the Jivo competition has as well, so taking this for granted we were really disappointed in not having it and I admit it made it really hard to move/port something like a simple gmail account to Jivo when this feature is not there.
From a while ago we have been trying out all omnichannel solutions out there, all the ones you can find, we have tried them all, from more established and expensive ones to newer and more affordable ones (there were/are a lot of new ones popping up with the pandemic), and nearly all of them have a way to achieve this. I can tell that Jivo is ahead as an established platform, especially in terms of backend UI (the frontend chat widget for clients is still one of the ugliest out there)
I admit it I actually still don't understand how Jivo can be such an established platform without any way to have custom folders/inboxes for organizing messages 😓
Don't take me wrong, Jivo is still an awesome package. All that is missing is a way to automatically organize messages into different folders/inboxes/auto label/tag/assign, it feels like a very integral feature that solution like this should have.
@jaime_matos Thanks a lot for such detailed feedback! That's a good point! Actually, we got a similar request recently, but frankly speaking it doesn't happen that often. We'll add it to the feature request list to see if it gets enough traction.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I’m Igor, Head of Growth at JivoChat.
For some reason we never did a launch on Product Hunt before. But now, when our Instagram integration is released, we just can't stay silent anymore... 💣
We are super excited to share JivoChat with you today!🎉
So what's JivoChat? It is a powerful business messenger that can be connected to almost any communication channel and bring all those messages and calls from your customers into one single app.
We like to think of it as a communication toolbox that can be customized to the specific needs of different businesses.
We know, there are many communication tools on the market, here is why you might want to consider JivoChat:
🌮 One app to rule them all
JivoChat is the only app you would need to communicate with customers. Live Chat, Instagram, Email, Facebook, Apple Business Chat, WhatsApp, Phone, SMS, Telegram, Viber. Every message and call lands in one dashboard.
🌮 Outstanding support
We believe that if you trust us with your business we should be there to support you 24/7. Our tech support is always available to deal with any issues ASAP.
🌮 Built-in CRM
Add some structure to that stream of incoming requests. Create deals and move them through the pipeline to close more sales. Or use the CRM as a ticketing system by adding tasks and reminders to make sure every issue gets resolved in time.
🌮 Integrations
Easily integrate JivoChat with the most popular tools that you use. Shopify, Wordpress, Wix, BigCommerce, Weebly, MailChimp, ZohoCRM, PipeDrive and more.
🌮 Team Chat
Why use different apps to talk to teammates and customers. In JivoChat you can bring all business communications in one place.
We hope you enjoy JivoChat and we’ll be happy to answer any questions that you have!
@igor_shekotikhin Hey Igor kudos on JivoChat! This looks like a solid customer support tool and something my community would love to get their hands on! Let's talk via Twitter DMs! Upvoted.
@cn__katie Hey Katie! Unfortunately we don't have an integration with Hubspot and Intercom. However, we have Hubspot on our feature request list. If it gets enough traction we'll consider adding it to our roadmap.
I love this tool! I use it to send links to chat with my clients. I sell old consoles and I dont have a website. So I just send the client a private link to chat with the JivoChat so they can finish their purchase. I love it! Thanks for creating such a great tool!
