Today, we’re thrilled to introduce Jimo 1.0, thanks to your incredible support and invaluable feedback. 🙏 During this amazing journey, we’ve met over 300 of you and realized something crucial. In the early days of a company, you’re intimately connected with your users. You know their phone numbers, chat on Slack, and might even know their pet’s names! But as companies grow, that connection can fade. That’s where Jimo 1.0 comes in. We’ve created a powerful interaction layer that brings back that personal touch, allowing you to engage with each user as if they were the only one. Onboard them in a personalized manner, ensure every update reaches their targets, and stop missing valuable feedback. And all that without begging your devs. We can't wait to get your feedback ❤️! At Lettria, we recently started using Jimo and are publishing our first feature tours and feedback widgets, and are very satisfied with how to set them up compared with tools we tried previously. In the description you wrote that the tool is a special layer to know the customers, at the same time your website says that Jimo is a website building tool or communication tool.
