Jimo is the new interaction layer between product teams and their users. Create contextual in-product interactions like user onboarding, product tours, tooltips, and surveys without engineering.
Hello, Product Hunt Community! π
A year ago, we launched the Jimo beta right here on PH, and what a journey itβs been! Today, weβre thrilled to introduce Jimo 1.0, thanks to your incredible support and invaluable feedback. π
During this amazing journey, weβve met over 300 of you and realized something crucial. In the early days of a company, youβre intimately connected with your users. You know their phone numbers, chat on Slack, and might even know their petβs names! But as companies grow, that connection can fade.
Thatβs where Jimo 1.0 comes in. Weβve created a powerful interaction layer that brings back that personal touch, allowing you to engage with each user as if they were the only one. Onboard them in a personalized manner, ensure every update reaches their targets, and stop missing valuable feedback.
And all that without begging your devs.
We can't wait to get your feedback β€οΈ!
Thank you!
PS: Thanks also to the amazing ProductHunt community for the support, last year, we had the honor of getting nominated for not one but two Golden Kitty awards in the βSaaSβ and βBest Designedβ categories. ππ
@martin_deramecourt Hey Martin! π It's feedback like yours that drives us. We wanted everyone to feel that intimate connection with their users, and itβs heartwarming to see you find Jimo sleek and useful !
Hey Jimo Team! π Firstly, congrats on the journey from beta to Jimo 1.0! It's not easy, that transition from an intimate startup connection to a large-scale one is real.
Your efforts to preserve and enhance the personal touch in customer relationships, even as companies scale, resonate deeply. It isn't easy, like i said! As someone who values genuine connections in business, I'm excited to explore how Jimo can foster those interactions.
Cheers to more success, valuable feedback, and maybe a few more Golden Kitty awards in the future! ππ
Keep soaring,
V
@vronsaron Veronica, reading your comment truly warmed our hearts! Your understanding and appreciation of the challenges in scaling while maintaining intimacy is spot on. Cheers to more successes and hopefully, a Golden Kitty or two more! ππ
I stumbled upon Jimo a few months back, and this latest version is truly impressive! π It's a fresh approach to understanding your users' needs and desires. Congrats on the fantastic work! ππ
@raphael_alexandre sorry I meant how long do we have to use the coupon code. My Head of Product has just got married so he is not around for a while but I would not want to miss out on the offer.
@adrian_mcdonagh1 Hi Adrian, this offer will last 2 weeks! Feel free to activate the coupon today. You can start the free 14 days trial, this trial period can be extended if needed π
@nareg_khoshafian1 Thanks for the kind words, Nareg! π We've been working hard to ensure Jimo 1.0 helps bring back that personal touch with users. We hope it makes a big difference for you and many others!
@erin611 We appreciate your question! While it's true that both Jimo and Intercom offer in-product onboarding and messaging capabilities, there are some key distinctions.
Jimo specializes in creating exceptional onboarding experiences and in-product interactions. Our no-code builder offers unmatched flexibility, allowing you to craft tailored tours, messages, and more with ease.
One of our standout features is the ability to provide detailed ROI analytics. We're deeply integrated with feature usage and ROI, giving you valuable insights into how your users engage with your product.
While Intercom is a versatile platform offering a wide range of services, Jimo focuses on perfecting the art of onboarding, ensuring your users have a seamless and engaging journey. We're here to make your onboarding experience top-notch.
I've been using Jimo since its early beta stage, and the product's evolution has been truly impressive. I'm looking forward to this new phase and the ones after that. This product really is fantastic.
@shairosen Thank you shai for your support from the very beginning. Happy to see that you like the direction that we are taking, and evolution we made :)
@shairosen Shai, from those early beta stages to now, having you with us has been invaluable. Your enthusiasm for Jimo's journey is contagious and truly appreciated! π
@lukas_kemkes Lukas, we built Jimo 1.0 with creators like you in mind! If you haven't tried it yet, happy to give you a demo. π€ Sur your user will love it !
Congrats to the team for you launch! I really like how easy it is to test the product. The learning curve is great and the team very reactive and open to feedbacks. It gives the possibility for product teams to implement guidance, test things and look for feedbacks without asking things from devs. Thanks for your work and keep going!
@mafourdrinois Marion, your feedback reinforces our mission! We built Jimo because we recognized the need for product teams to reconnect with their users as companies grow. We're all about that personal touch without the dev hassle. Keep enjoying! π
This is really neat! I appreciate the care and effort put into analytics. This is a major pain point because every UX change needs to be accompanied by evidence of impact but something that evidence is very difficult to gather. I'm curious though (bc I've been looking into some other solutions for this problem recently), what differentiates Jimo from the alternatives?
@jingg_n_tonic, thanks a lot π! Our unique in-app interactions editor is unique on the market, allowing you to create interactions that fit 100% of your UI in minutes. We also provide an analytics part that helps you to track your feature adoption level and see the impact of Jimo's interactions.
@jingg_n_tonic Hey Jing, thanks for your support and glad you understand the value! Today, we are providing the best looking interactions and make sure they are push at the right time. This reduce a lot the friction. We are also improving our product along with our users by focusing on the needs as fast as possible. A lot is coming, we have a roadmap for the next 2 years!
