Remember the arcade? A room full of neon lights, synth soundtracks, and shouts of excitement – or frustration from boss battles. The arcade was a place to create memories with games that never failed to put a smile on your face. That’s the feeling we tried to channel when building the Inworld Arcade.
The Inworld Arcade is a collection of AI-driven characters that are curated from our community of Inworld users. Some, like Ryan Hoover, share their tips for going viral on Product Hunt. Go into the depths of your id with Freud or talk dragon eggs with Daenerys from Game of Thrones. Whoever you choose to talk to, I hope they make you laugh, or maybe even cry, with their wit, knowledge, and engaging conversations. In the future, the Inworld Arcade will also include playable experiences.
If you’re feeling creative, you can create your own fully interactive AI character in a matter of minutes. (To be specific, less than five!) Create yourself, friends, or any character you can imagine by writing a short description and using simple controls to alter their personalities.
It wouldn’t be an arcade if you weren’t able to share this excitement with your friends. Create a link to your character and share it with your best friend, your social media followers, your favorite Discord, your fans, your customers, and even your hairdresser’s neighbor, if they’re interested. Then, watch your reluctant hero, dark wizard, brand ambassador – or whatever other kind of AI character you create – come to life and chat with your fans.
Your character can also be directly incorporated into your immersive experience using integrations for Unity, Unreal, and Node.js.
