Hi there. I am looking for investors who focus on mental health and wellness. This may not be the same as health care services which is listed in your filters. Do you have a filter for that? If not, how would you suggest I locate them in your database?

@wilma_basta Hey thanks for reaching out Wilma! I think healthcare services is actually the best bet here––it's meant to be a bit broad. To narrow from there, I would filter for stage and check size (like seed/startup/early stage + min investment size <$1m)

@augurisk Hey thanks for reaching out! We actually founded Investor Hunt, but ended up having differences with the dev team we hired to build it out. They took the brand and we moved over to the Investor Scout brand. As far as I know, they're not active and haven't updated in 2 years or so.

Product was clearly useless to me after using it for 10mins, asked for a refund but didn't get it. Ok, I get it, you're trying to run a new business so I lived with that decision. Then Matt agreed to cancel my membership only to have Revolut block ANOTHER payment as fraudulent a month later. Repeated attempts to contact support went unanswered and I had to re-order a new card. Scammy behaviour.

Not sure what your problem is here, but have the Stripe records if you want to make any more weird claims. Anyway, we've since hired a customer success role to improve this in the future! As mentioned above (and in the previous launches) it's not easy at all to cancel your subscription. There is no button, no explanation,... I'm trying to contact support but even with the in-app chat, it is still unanswered. @juhaszhenderson Can you please cancel my subscription? Thanks.
