@mehdi_rifai Introwise is not a marketplace and each expert runs their own business independently on Introwise and maintains relationships with their clients. And clients need to evaluate businesses they're working with as any other independent business on the Internet.
Of course, we also monitor the platform on ToS and payment networks rules compliance to keep the platform running, and proactively remove fraudulent or bad accounts.

I want to ask you about a feature can you support multi-currency? I found it a common use case for the teacher industry.
Example: language teacher that has students in EU and in South America.

Multiple currencies on the same service is not something that we support right now.
BUT! Some experts implement PPP (purchasing power parity) pricing on Introwise using discounts. They have a regular price for everybody, and then offer discounts for certain locations. Those discount codes can sometimes be even written in the service description itself, as people tend not to abuse them bluntly when a one-on-one service is involved and it's easy to find out.

Although I am a maker of Introwise, I've also been an avid used for all three years since we've launched. My favorite perk of having Introwise: just drop the link to your Introwise page on your social media and connect your calendars (work and personal for me) to avoid conflicts. Each (paid) booking gives so much joy! And even in case the availability was not in sync, it's easy to reschedule. Oh, and i absolutely love packages, cause you can give people a discount and you get a payment upfront for all the sessions. Win-win. My page for reference is Introwise.com/genia

@jonathanminori Aww! Only a really good product person would understand how hard it is not to add "all possible features" to the product. :) AI is cool, sure. We can add AI, sure. Do our customers need an AI or Zaps? Sorry, AI... Not here, not now.

@killclick, I wanted to say that Zaps is our newest feature release and then remembered that we've already shipped couple of features after it. :)
You are right, with zaps you can do so much more. And our dev team made triggers so granulated that you don't need a paid Zapier account to get value. With combination of custom Introwise workflows + Zapier, you can automate about everything: offer packages after a discovery call, send discount for the second session after the first paid session, send a gift pdf after people booked your group workshops, request feedback (with a form) etc. All automatically.

We do have Zaps and we are actively adding new things to our Zapier integration (and our automations with Workflows).

This morning, out of habit, I went to PH, and guess what I found? Introwise! If I could vote ten times, I would because this platform is amazing! As someone who has coaching experience, I can tell you that Introwise is super convenient. The coolest feature I've discovered is that you can easily create a personal page with a link that you can use as your website. All you have to do is fill in your information, time slots, and prices - and voila, clients can easily book sessions with you. Congrats on your launch, you guys are incredibly cool!

Keeping that 0 to 1 experience of going live with a booking page in just a matter of minutes is hard when the product grows, but we try to still keep it magical ✨

Tell me please do you plan to help coaches and consultants find new clients?
I mean maybe in future it will be like a marketplace where they can not only work with their clients but also find new clients among your audience.
@dzianis_yatsenka getting clients is always a challenge, especially for new coaches, but a marketplace is not where we see Introwise going. With the breadth and uniqueness of experts on Introwise, we don't see a meaningful way for us to sell demand for their services without melting them together and forcing them to compete on pricing.
This is also not something that our top users are asking for. Of course, they already have clients, but shows that there is still a lot of problems to solve on the business management side alone.
Never say never, but I personally see other features, like affiliate networks, or private directories, as the future of client discovery side of Introwise.

@devezehugo yes, lots of interviews, and we've never stopped doing them. We're actively working with users who are active on our product feedback site (https://introwise.com/feedback) and test new features with them. There are multiple features behind flags that are being tested at any given moment and might not be even publicly announced.
As for the niche - it's one of the challenges of building a horizontal product that covers many. We need to find common topic and ideas that can benefit users across the spectrum.
For coaching, our focus is on business coaches, career coaches, productivity coaches, and life coaches. They all have different businesses, with their own tools of the trade, but you can see that the basics of running a good online business are common.

Great product! It’s essential to have such a useful tool in the age of remote work. This is not my first time I hear about Introwise since I follow their CEO, and I know it’s quite a journey to build a startup in this challenging market💪🏻 I work in Creator economy and have a lot of friends coaches & tutors who work independently, so I always recommend them to try Introwise – I know that founders listen to their customers and put their hearts and souls into the product.
