What do you find most satisfying about your profession?

I work in marketing - so my life is basically to connect with people. I love it so much!

Time flexibility in working.

The ability to be creative and build things.

When things pay off. As someone that's pretty results orientated it's upsetting. But when I make something that sounds good (a headline, product, etc.) it's nice too. Wish I could say "the process" but that's a lie (for me).

That I get to have such an impact on people's work and personal lives by helping them become more productive.
