Trust List - a new HR platform that provides recruitment without complex technical interviews. It is based on the mechanics of ratings built on trust. The system works like an insurance business - it insures the risks of the employer if the candidate does not meet the stated characteristics. What do you think it might be interesting?

Seems interesting. How does the insurance system work? Referrals are usually highly valued by most employers because of the idea that high performers tend to be friends with other high performers, so this definitely has some basis. I find the idea of the technical interview though is quite risky as this is the first line of filter for competency. And these filters seem necessary especially because hiring tends to be a very resource-intensive activity. I would love to learn more about what you are building.

Wow, I need to know a bit more about this! Is it going to serve as a guarantee for the employer if candidates underperform? And what's in it for the candidates? Can they avoid multiple technical interviews and potentially advance their position if they match the needs of several clients? I have so many questions! As an HR Manager, I'm really interested in this product.
