Love this idea! I've been at a lot of companies that don't have any transparency with pay. I think it's awesome that people are trying to work on wage transparency.
@vreiche Awesome! I appreciate your feedback. It's crucial to have this information upfront, as it prevents the need to complete the entire interview process only to discover that it may not align with both parties' expectations.However, this bring new questions and complexities into the table.
