Okay, I like to approach life as if I have 'brain points.' Let's say I wake up with 100. If I open Instagram or start thinking about what to cook for the day, which requires brainpower, I'll end up with only 20 brain power left for work. So, my morning routine is as follows: Wake up. Have the same black coffee and one apple for breakfast. Get to work. Typically, within around 3-4 hours, I've used up all my 100 brain points. Then, I have my lunch. That's why you'll find that most multi-million or billion-dollar company CEOs do the same things every day and wear the same clothes daily because they don't want to waste brainpower on low ROI activities.

@ahmed_yassin2 What time are you getting up and going to bed - and does that routine shift at all?

I established a routine several months ago, and it has helped me a lot to ground myself. I engage in sports, to be precise, martial arts training, and I learn Chinese every morning. Additionally, once or twice a week, I also monitor industry-related news. After that, I start working till the end of the day.
