Drop your CV to the telegram bot and get your score via AI. A special algorithm will try to identify your skills, education and work experience. Based on keywords for different jobs, you will get a rating for your CV. The maximum score is 10.
Are you comparing the CV to thousands of CV from top earners at major companies? And recommending how to make the uploaded cv better? I think that would be more compelling to job seekers.
@ral_oz Hey! Thanks for the great question. Under the hood of the algorithm, there is indeed a dataset of about 5000 resumes. Both "bad" resumes and "good" ones were used for labeling. Unfortunately, there is no access to top resumes, but the accumulated base is already acceptable. Periodically, I retrain the model when a new dataset accumulates. All resumes are reviewed manually - the completion of certain sections, experience, training, whether the experience corresponds to the desired position, and the set of skills are checked.
In the near future there will be a more detailed description of what the user needs to improve in order to increase the scoring of the resume.
