@ghassen_bhs how do you see this fitting into employees' work day? Is it something you give a prize for at the end of the month and they choose to do it themselves, or do you schedule time in?
@jonnymiles very good question - we see this in 2 ways:
1. Top down: team leads generate skills and allocate these to their team members. Team members are then notified about the skill they should dive into. We can even integrate such skills directly to the employee's calendar to truly connect this to their daily schedule, without interupting thier daily tasks.
2. Bottom up: a team member wants to learn about a topic and generates their own skill through their inncivio profile
We also have a variable reward where employees can subscribe in a monthly basis. The winner, chosen by any metric the business chooses, is then annouced and praised through points and badges.

Great innovation on AI education! Love the personalized learning path. Are the training content generated by AI, or they are predetermined / scraped content?
@renchu_song thank you! The content is generated in real-time. Usually a user can upload a report / document they wish to see bite-sized in the inncivio platform. With AI, this is then being generated on the go, also based on your previous history on the platform. Our focus is on the infrastructure rather than the content :)

@ihuzaifashoukat thank you! Absolutely! For example, we are supporting a European medtech company where the CEO spends hours training and reviewing deliverables from the marketing team. Since this industry is highly regulated, social media posts must follow strict guidelines. To streamline this, the CEO began using inncivio, uploading his social media training documents and generating skills, which he then shared with the marketing team. The team learns through the platform, resulting in more accurate deliverables and reducing the CEO's review time
I generally support products with ideas similar to yours because I believe creating creative interfaces for using LLMs is incredibly exciting.
However, a few points came to mind after using your product:
Where is my data stored, and is it well-protected? Specifically, if I share information about my company or business pain points, how do you ensure privacy? Also, how might you use my data in the future? (As a user, I'm especially concerned about privacy.)
As the second point, after mentioning my pain points, the courses recommended to me for learning were interesting but could benefit from more diversity.
In the product, the part where I interact with my mentor has a lot of room for improvement. As an active user in the tech world, I didn’t notice much difference between talking to my mentor and using ChatGPT. I felt that if I had used ChatGPT, I’d have received the same responses. It would be great if your mentors could be trained with better data based on the personas chosen by users to provide more useful and tailored information.

That's cool to have a personalized learning program. There's also something to consider as well. How can inncivio ensure the quality and precision of the lessons which is generated by AI only? Which segments are you target at first, office or school cause I think more specific one could be better for your strategy.
Overall I like the concept, it's time saving and labor saving as well. Good luck on the next journey!
@seiko_bao thank you for your valuable feedback! So to increase the quality and precision of the skills, you can upload your own content (e.g. a long training pdf you have or a report you would like to see summarized) that will be the content foundation of the generated skill.
Our first target is English speaking small- to medium-sized businesses which are growing and seeking productive solutions to engage their teams. For example consultancies.

this is an exciting step forward for skill development and definitely well thought out. Spaced repetition is to key to retaining what you're learning and so far everything seems easy to use and engaging. One concern is with the recommended YouTube videos at the bottom of articles, how does your algorithm pick them? All the videos seem low quality with 100 or less views
Still, Inncivio’s approach to personalized learning has great potential, thank you for this!
@visualsoda thank you David for your valuable feedback! On the YouTube side we are mainly connecting these through common keywords between the article and the videos. However, we have now also enabled the option for admins to adjust the YouTube links in case you have videos you dislike / wish to change by yourself. Happy to further discuss!
@anna_raafat Just a thought, it could be great to add personalized profiles where users can view each other's achievements, like badges that you have. This could enhance engagement and community interaction within the platform
@visualsoda thanks for your feedback! We do have the option of seeing other's badges / points earned in the community section and leaderboard but not the actual profiles. It's a great idea, I'll add it to our pipeline :)
Students and learning looks like a massive market with lots of opportunity due to the potential of virality. Have you considered trying to do a ground-launch at a specific school first?

Hey team, congrats on the launch, after going through your amazing platform I noticed that it can also be programmed to send you the subject you'd like to learn and that you have generated using AI by email and using spaced learning right? Another question about the usage, it can be also used by Marketing agency to generate educational content right?
@marc_cheng thank you! Yes absolutely, we highly value spaced repetition, as this helps to fight the forgetting curve effect (we tend to forget 75% of what we learn in the next 24h, if the information isn't repeated).
On your second question: absolutely. We provide the infrastructure, which you can leverage to generate your own bite-sized content using your own longer content (and/or AI). You can then either invite your team members or clients to join your inncivio environment. I hope this clarifies!
