We’re building tools (like Canada’s first API-enabled banking platform for businesses) that help you build your company instead of your workload. What do I get and what don’t I get by using you? You’ll get a 🇨🇦Canadian🇨🇦 numbered corporation which is Federally Incorporated and (if you need it) provincially registered in Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Saskatchewan. You’ll also get a list of what you need to do next and tips on how to do them. You won’t get legal advice, minute books, corporate organization, or a name for your corporation - but you'll have taken the most important step. What is a numbered corporation? A numbered company is a corporation given a generic name based on its sequentially-assigned corporation number. For instance, an entity incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act and assigned the corporation number 1234567 would be entitled to register "1234567 Canada Inc." as its legal name. You can register your company’s name and assign it to a numbered corporation following incorporation, but that's optional. What is free about your service? We don’t charge you a penny to process your incorporation 🙏. You will still need to pay government fees. Shouldn’t I go to a lawyer? In many cases you do not need a lawyer to incorporate, though it could be helpful as your business moves through the steps following incorporation. What if something goes wrong? @dubstrike This service is available worldwide - however, due to Canadian law at least 25% of the company's directors must be residents of Canada.
