Hey PH πŸ‘‹ The Problem @karthik_narayanan and I started inai in 2021, dubbed as β€œSegment for payments”. Our present product, Orchestrate, is a single API to connect with multiple payment methods and processors across the globe. Having processed over millions of transactions for dozens of merchants, we have learned that merchants can lose upto 60% of their business due to payment failures, and their finance teams spend over 30% of their time in reconciling payments across multiple gateways. Globally $1 trillion is lost annually due to payment failures, and a large part of it is recoverable. We have thus come up with 2 new product lines. The Solution: Optimize and Recon Optimize: πŸ” An observability stack provides insights into your payment data and it has an intelligence piece that provides recommendations on how to fix issues and add to the top-line revenue. πŸ’¬ LLM-powered conversational bot, where you can "chat" with your payment data and help unearth non-obvious leaks in revenue. πŸ’Έ If you are a subscription business, Optimize can also fix accidental churn. Recon: 🧐 Get transaction level reconciliation information and flag discrepancies πŸ’° Gain visibility into fees you pay to processors on every transaction and also outliers - ones you are paying more than what you expect to. Get Started for as little as 99$/ month Optimize and Recon are live for Stripe, Adyen, and Braintree ( more PSPs coming soon!) on self serve- start a trial with us today and get insights to drive your revenue and optimize your costs. πŸ€œπŸ€› https://ai.inai.io/ Please leave a comment below β€” we’d love your feedback and to hear your suggestions :)

It's interesting to see how you address such a critical issue in the payments domain. Kudos to @karthik_narayanan and @anta_pattabiraman for building solutions that could potentially save businesses a significant amount in lost revenue. Good luck with the launch!

This is not an easy problem which makes a great product. Businesses devote hours and spreadsheets (plural) to reconciling with a single payments processor. The hours on spreadsheets for one processor, sadly, do not generalize to yet-another-spreadsheet, because different processors share their data in different formats (CSV, XLSX, API-only…), organize their data differently, allow retrieval differently (API, manual download, webhook…) and so on and so forth. Inai started with unifying payments across multiple processors. That naturally evolves into this product and inai is best placed to solve the problem.

@laksvij thank you

hey @anta_pattabiraman and @karthik_narayanan1 this looks really amazing, a question; is this a real self service? Can I just be up and running withing hours? If so it would be a game changer - if not can you build it already? :)
Karthik Narayanan
@anta_pattabiraman @karthik_narayanan1 @federicowengi yes - copy and paste is all it takes to get going.You will be able to start seeing your data in action within a minute of entering the keys.

Hi there, I'm curious about the scope of Optimize intelligence piece. What kind of data are you analyzing, how and what kind of recommendations are you making to improve my business in terms of revenue or help to reduce costs? Thank you.

Recon seems like a tool that can bring a lot of transparency to payment processing. Can you share some user experiences or success stories with Recon in action? If there is scenario related to from the gaming/gambling industry that would help a lot . thanks
Anantharaman Pattabiraman
@p_antony77 thanks for your comment.. We have gaming / higher risk merchants using this tool to identify outliers / excess charges that they are being charged by their payment vendors . Happy to share more details over email- you can reach us at sales@inai.io

Have used your orchestrate service in my pervious setup, I was astounded by your speed, support and agility which was unmatched! Exciting to see that you have added 2 new products that we sorely missed in our previous setup. We had an army of accountants trying to understand where the money was going and a product team that was trying to reduce failures by reading opaque messages from PSPs! All the best to inai @anta_pattabiraman @karthik_narayanan
Khan Ashraf
The mission of reducing the $1 trillion annual loss due to payment failures is both ambitious and commendable! I'm intrigued by the Optimize and Recon solutions; they promise a smarter way to manage payments. Looking forward to seeing inai in action and helping businesses recover what's rightfully theirs!
Camillia M.
The idea of chatting with payment data in Optimize sounds fascinating. Can you tell us more about the conversational bot's capabilities and how it helps uncover hidden revenue opportunities?
Anantharaman Pattabiraman
@camillia_m Thanks for your question. You can ask queries like "Tell me what my authorization rate is in UK in the last 24 hours" or show me 3ds error reasons for Germany. The bot maintains context for up to 5 questions . So the 5th question can be related to the first question like show me the segmentation of the UK authorisation rate by processor or brand of cards
