I am super excited to introduce idemeum’s Passwordless Password Manager as the first part of the identity platform for small businesses.
We built idemeum because of 2 things:
First, we got tired of passwords. Having spent a decade in cyber security, we watched passwords being compromised over and over again. Passwords will have to be around for a little longer, but we need to start moving in the direction of eliminating them one use case at a time.
Second, we observed how complicated it is for small business to manage employee identity and access - roll out a password manager, implement Single Sign-On, set up provisioning, explore Zero Trust, integrate MFA... And worst of all these tools are not easy to stitch together and integrate.
With idemeum we offer a single place for small businesses to manage applications - securely and with passwordless first in mind. It is a fully integrated platform that offers:
- Passwordless Password Manager that does not require a master password. It is powered by cryptography and biometrics. You can generate secure passwords, auto fill credentials on sites, and use product across platforms and browsers. It is designed with client-side encryption, so we do not see your passwords or crypto keys.
- Single Sign-On / Automated provisioning platform to automatically set up employee SaaS accounts when they join, and remove access when they leave. We offer a wide range of supported integrations with detailed instructions so that even non technical people can easily set it up.
- Passwordless MFA that offers secure access to all applications with biometrics. Use your mobile device or biometric sensors on laptops to access everything you need with a simple touch. No more typing or resetting passwords and fetching one time codes.

1. The major distinction is that we are passwordless. 1pass and Lastpass use master password to lock your account. With idemeum master password does not exist. We protect your account with biometrics. To access your passwords you either scan a QR code with your mobile app, or use local biometric sensors on laptops, such as touch ID.
2. We are all-in-one identity platform for small businesses. Our Passwordless Password manager is only a part of our solution. We also offer single click access to applications with Single Sign-On, automated provisioning of accounts, HR driven user management where you can integrate our platform with your HR system and automate user onboarding and offboarding flows.
3. We are laser focused on small businesses, and keep our product clean and simple for B2B needs.
