@nirnimes Hey, all transactions are handled by a smart contract so that ensures everything is safe for both parties as there is a 72h period for digital items when people can raise claims in case of any issues. As for copyright, in case anyone tries to steal someone else's work, that's what the 72hrs are for in which case we will take down the offender.

@realkunalmehta the escrow is already implemented in the platform, and it has been working since day 1, we also have the chats online, and as a user, after you get in touch with a freelancer to hire him for a task, you can choose to contact him/her. The reputation system is a great suggestion and we will for sure include this in one of the future deploys. Let's connect on Product Hunt and talk more!
