Love what Humble has built over the years. A monthly subscription model makes a ton of sense and I wonder if (or more like when) they will apply this to other categories they've expanded to, like books and music.

Thanks for featuring our new service Humble Monthly on Product Hunt! We're extremely proud of what we've built and are excited to allow players to sit back and watch their game collection grow month after month with the best games coming out. With so many great games being released every month from developers and publishers worldwide, it's become harder and harder to find the diamonds in the rough. Luckily, over the years of curating pay-what-you-want Humble Bundle promotions, we've built up relationships with hundreds of developers and publishers and have developed a keen eye for how to spot instant classics and new favorites early on. That is what I'm most excited about with Humble Monthly, is allowing our veteran curation team to pull together awesome packages every month and sending them to our subscribers to play all at once. Each month we offer an Instant Unlock which is available immediately when the new sign-ups begin and then the entire collection unlocks for subscribers. In a way, it's a lot like a book club, where you know you'll have a large group of people all playing the same thing at the same time and presents some really cool community building opportunities. We hope everyone loves it and look forward to any feedback on the service, the games, and how we can continue to improve it as we push forward. In the future, we plan to bring more of our platform features over to the subscription service, such as the 'Choose Your Own Charity' feature which allows users to decide which cause their 5% goes to instead of relying entirely on our curated charity of choice for each month. In addition we hope to grow and shape our offering based on subscriber feedback to tailor the experience as we grow.
