@denis_galka Sure Denis, and thank you for the feedback. Let me take a stab at explaining how it works - once you enter a work email id or linkedin URL with the Humantic extension installed, we match it to their corresponding personality profile. These profiles are generated using their public Linkedin data and self-authored text. We process this data and use standard personality frameworks like DISC and Big 5 to attribute a personality type to them (along with a few other signals). Using your buyer's personality, we can then personalize your draft email that into a version that actually resonates with them! Hope this provides some clarity Denis.

As someone that was sending personalized emails for a while, even using some other software to help curb the time it took - this would've made a DRASTIC difference. Great product and congrats on the launch!

Congrats on the launch! One question, I tried using a linkedin profile but it curious how that works. Do they need to have a more built out profile for that to work?

@justin_govy great question! Yes. Although most of us tend to overestimate what a “built out profile” implies. I’d recommend downloading the extension and keeping an eye on the confidence %age in your first few attempts. If it’s more than 70, you can go ahead and assume it’s accurate.

@phanis if you could personalize emails, and calls, and linkedin DMs, why would you want to personalize just the emails? Jokes aside, only this feature option is not there. But when you use its integrated version with any CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho and more), you can personalize emails at scale for sure.

@shivam_jha3 Absolutely Shivam! Give it a shot. Nothing like seeing how it translates to real life scenarios. I'm pretty decent at personalization (if I can say so myself) but I always end up personalizing the way I like, instead of the way my audience would like it. Not anymore tho!

Is it possible to include individual data also when targeting a buyer? Say, in the line - "It will help business in making sales faster". And the tool here adds the name of the buyer's business to whom we are sending the mail. And users can save that data to buyers' data. This may help in sending emails quickly to many buyers without making any manual changes.
