Host Notes takes your plain Clubhouse event and transforms it into an event super-space. Collect RSVPs, collect tips, set an agenda, establish event rules, share relevant links and so much more all in a single click.
Cleannnn, awesome to see you guys bring this to life over time on Twitter. Congrats on the launch! I know you both might be the biggest users of this product yourselves ;)
LOVE the layout and the edit functionality. The notes sections are very detailed and excited to add this into my teams workflow and for everything we are doing within the Misfit Mafia club on Clubhouse!
@isocialfanz Hey Brian! Thanks so much for reaching out with the kind comment. Feel free to reach out to either of us on twitter. Would love to see how we can improve your teams workflow!
@myrstad Hey Morten, We are working on Club profiles right now, but are also going to make individual creator profiles because we know not everyone is getting their club accepted instantly! There will be a update very soon that actually allows you to plug your either individual or club substack/newsletter signup π
Twitter Spaces seem to be moving fast - yesterday sharing mockups of Space scheduling and setup. Will you going forward also think about supporting Spaces?
Hey all! π€
Haroon and I are avid Clubhousers ever since we have been invited. It's been really fun hosting events with amazing people, but we often found ourselves saying "you had to be there" when describing to our friends the different rooms we've been in. The randomness of events makes Clubhouse so fun, but there really is no way to share anything about the event for anyone who couldn't make it. We created HostNotes as a way for people to find upcoming events and finally get what Clubhouse events are missing - context!
Event owners can now take their regular Clubhouse link and β‘supercharge itβ‘ with a simple copy & paste!
π₯ You can finally see who is attending your event via our RSVP system!
π£ Setup your speaker's social handles for more engagement pre & post-event. You can even collect tips if people loved your event that much!
π Share links and other resources that are discussed during the talk. When a speaker talks about a study, paper, video, or meme - they can finally just link it directly to the event for everyone to find!
π Set a meeting agenda, so you and your audience know what is up for discussion. You can always leave it empty π
π Set event rules and guidelines. It's frustrating telling everyone the rules each time you reset the room. Now they are written!
π Promote your club! You can link your club to your event for more recognition
π¬ Comments! Leave event summaries, reviews, and start discussions about a specific event.
We hope it has never been easier to host an event on Clubhouse with Host Notes!
Pssssst Bonus! π π€« We are working on a fully built Club management aspect for you to host private events, collect membership dues, customer questionnaires for member onboarding, and a built-in newsletter feature.
@tim_carambat Thanks for creating this!
Will you be creating a way to embed the Host Note events on a site? I have a site setup for my Club, Power of Art, and would live to embed a calendar widget to all my events on Host Notes.
