Bot and agents seamlessly integrated into the same conversation? Is this the chat solution I have been looking for for so long? Looking forward to testing it and see if this would be a right fit for Monito, as I am currently spending hours answering customers chats manually ;-).

@pbriod Hey Pascal, Thanks for taking a look! Carin can handle a lot of the chats for you autonomously. If she gets stuck, customers can open a live chat, or the conversation gets sent into your helpdesk for followup.

@scottmillerio I've looked a bit more in details and it seems that you don't power the "live chat" aspect yourself but integrate with other live chat tools is that right? What I also really like is the possibility to integrate with a custom API to get custom answers.
