We have worked on this for quite some time, and finally, we are really excited about a big new feature that has been added to HelpSpace, Tasks! Managing customer communication can be very challenging when you have to distribute multiple to-do's to different team members. This is why we have added Tasks to HelpSpace. You can now create tasks right from the Ticket, assign them to your teammates and reply to the customer when everything is done. Nothing should fall through the cracks anymore.
