Hello Ivy is the future of work. A next-gen, simplified and beautiful project management tool that your team will love to use. One place for all your projects, tasks and team communication, without the chaos and complexity.
Hi everyone! I'm Bob, the founder and CEO of Hello Ivy, a next-generation project management tool that combines the power of any advanced project management tool with great UX design and simplified workflows.
We're excited to announce the launch of Hello Ivy 2.5! We've come a long way, after more than 2 years of development we now offer most features you need to successfully run any type of project. We managed to keep Hello Ivy simple to use and intuitive — there's virtually no learning curve. Dive in and see for yourself!
@bobstolk2 Man, this one looks amazing. The landing page is clean and crisp. Product UI is thoughtful. Very crowded space but I am sure you would figure out distribution! I have used ClickUp in the past. All the best for your success!
Congrats on your launch!
I like your "opinionated" approach and particularly the choices of features to include or reject and you designed UX and UI to align with these choices. As mentioned in other comments, the UI is really clean, congrats.
Without reducing it to that, at first glance, it feels like a tool at the intersection of a powered-up personal TODO app for team project management and a simpler Notion for documents with additional communication features like the feed for enhanced team communication around tasks within the tool.
I have been using the free version for while and love alot about this tool. Founder is very receptive to ideas and implemented embed tabs within a week of my suggestion. A great feature you do not see often is the 'status/updates feed', a fantastic way to keep team members up to date. I can see this being a way to update clients also, though it needs some more features before it can compete with basecamp/kitchen etc for a client portal (inc. custom domain, white label, better customer notifications etc), but otherwise a great tool, looks lovely and it is easy to pick up and use.
I think there’s a running joke about the plethora of project management software. Ok so what’s different about you guys that’s so sparkling I’ll switch from truly fabulous x y and z?

Second this question. I genuinely want to be convinced. The platform looks clean and modern. However, what can you do that Monday or Asana cannot, or what do you do much better? If we switch to your platform, what unique positioning, backing, or experience do you have that will ensure your long-term success and that you won't just sunset leaving everyone stranded?
Hello Ivy 2.5 sounds like a gamechanger in the project management space!
I'm really curious to know what sets it apart from other similar tools in terms of features and usability.
Have you incorporated any specific productivity or collaboration features that make it stand out?
Looking forward to hearing more about your vision for the future of work with Hello Ivy 2.5!
Congratulations, Bob, and the entire Hello Ivy team! The launch of Hello Ivy 2.5 is a crucial achievement, and it reflects the dedication and innovation that has gone into this project over the past years. Cheers to your ongoing success in simplifying and improving project management for all. Exceptional work! 🚀🎉
