The rest is readily available through a magical invention called well-balanced nutritional intake. I am a Heights customer since December 2019 and I love it! Everything is thought out from convenient packaging that fits in the post to great customer service in case of any problems. I especially enjoy easy-to-take pills that you only need to take once a day at a convenient time for you (I do it first thing in the morning), unlike typical food supplements that you need to carry around with you and take with food. I feel like it improved my concentration and general mental state. It is a helpful building block on a road to better mental and brain health!
