Also if my colleague finds an issue in my product areas on a device on her desk, it’s much easier for me to just hop on in real time and debug than to file tickets – even if we’re in different time zones. At HeadSpin we built a worldwide distributed platform that gives you device infrastructure, user experience analytics, and media endpoints in a way that enables your team to find more efficient ways to build together. With HeadSpin Compass we packaged this up in a self-service way that everyone can try. We welcome the feedback from QA engineers, product engineers, performance and reliability engineers, and product managers. Each device and data capture has a URL that can be shared, with databases, dashboards and regression workers that help you sift through, target and share the data. You can connect your own devices or use devices from our global marketplace. There are APIs to allow multiple people to collaborate at the same time.
