My company has been using this to manage our feature requests for about 6 months now, and it's been great so far. It really helps with organization and prioritization. We tried low-tech methods like spreadsheets and tagging support tickets, but nothing had the same effect as looking at an overall report of your most requested features, and ranking by customer impact and size to determine priority. It's also really inexpensive, which means that though our company has cut out a lot of software during this pandemic, Harvestr hasn't been cut because the bang for the buck is great.
