Happyfeed is a journal app that uniquely blends the practice of gratitude journaling with small groups for social support. Psychology research has found that gratitude can improve your happiness and reduce stress. Groups make it even easier to start the habit.

Hey Product Hunt πŸ‘‹ I'm the maker of Happyfeed. It started out as a simple gratitude journal but has evolved into a novel way to share happy moments with friends! Last year, I added a way to share your progress in groups called Pods. They became especially popular after the pandemic went full force. Users started asking how they could share their moments in Pods - with family, their partner, or groups of friends. So, naturally, I added sharing and a feed of posts from friends πŸ›  (This was harder than I expected...) Social support can be a huge part of starting a new habit. Apps like Fitbit and Strava have proven that. Gratitude journaling is often cited as one of the best ways to improve your mental health, and it's a lot easier than running around your neighborhood with a mask on πŸ₯΅ I'd love to hear your thoughts on Pods or any ideas on how to improve them. It's still such a new feature and I can't wait to see how they grow from here! πŸ₯³ I also completely redesigned the app over the summer with a little help from a friend. The new interface includes a lot more color and fun touches to make it easier to reflect each day.

Wonderfully crafted app. I put reflection and gratitude journaling up there with *8 hours of sleep and *daily workouts as top life hacks. Mental health is so important and Happyfeed enables a thoughtful outlet for that.
