It surprised me to hear that Kevin has been consistently publishing games for 20 years. I want that kind of energy! And while he does want to retire from his day job and focus just on board games, I thought Kevin shared some pretty valuable insights into running a board game publishing company "on the side." In particular, running a successful business for so long means there is a lot more administrivia that he has to keep up with that was less of an issue in the early years. On the other hand, he seems to have become a boss at Kickstarter and he certainly has a knack for finding great artists.
