I've always thought it would be really useful for a platform like this to be tightly integrated with the product's knowledge base. For example, an easy way for team members to create a knowledge base article from a discussion using AI. 🤔 Congrats on the launch!

We want to make discussions feel more real-time, and we'll be adding more features like presence, typing indicators, etc. Ideally hoping to achieve some sort of hybrid between static forum posts and real-time chat. The customer support and knowledge use case for customer communities is huge!

@boris_moris44 I believe that increasingly in a world dominated with AI-generated content that users and customers are going to prioritize and seek out the perspectives of real people. You're probably already doing this when you modify a Google search with "reddit" to filter for actually useful perspectives. For companies looking to acquire new customers, provide personal support experiences, and drive retention and loyalty companies are going to have to invest in building defensible communities around their businesses. And the best way to do this will be on a platform made for customer communities, where companies can own and control the experience for their customers.
