I've always thought it would be really useful for a platform like this to be tightly integrated with the product's knowledge base. For example, an easy way for team members to create a knowledge base article from a discussion using AI. 🤔 Congrats on the launch!

We want to make discussions feel more real-time, and we'll be adding more features like presence, typing indicators, etc. Ideally hoping to achieve some sort of hybrid between static forum posts and real-time chat. The customer support and knowledge use case for customer communities is huge!

@mikekerzhner not so much other community tools, but we have taken inspiration from help center and support products like Intercom and Zendesk when designing the community site experience in Hall.
