Been "beta testing" this for a while on Android and love it! I'd been waiting for an Android version since I saw the iOS one on PH. I put "beta testing" in "" because I have encountered precisely 0 bugs in the few weeks I've been using it :)

Pros:

beautiful, functional, dark mode, easy to use

Cons:

nothing!!

Hi Product Hunters! I'm Peter Vu, founder of Habitify. With your support and encouragement since our launch of the macOS, we've been really motivated to bring Habitify to Android. Now, after 6 months, we've made it just in time for everyone to have a tool to kick off their wonderful 2019! As Habitify is available on iOS, macOS, and Android, now you can track your daily routine at work, at home and everywhere in between. This makes Habitify the only habit tracker available on almost every platform (web and wearOS versions are coming in 2019!) Simplicity is our mission. We design Habitify to be minimal, but pleasant and functional enough to let you focus on what matters most. After all, what's important is how Habitify makes you better. In this launch, we've also released the biggest update of the year (5.0) with new features and revised UI: - Ability to mark habit as "fail" - Added every X day - Added yearly graph - A brand new watch app and complications (iOS) - Habitify Mini on Mac Menu bar We're always striving to give users the best experience with Habitify. Feel free to reach out to us to give your feedback our make suggestions. Thank you, everyone, for having supported us! We wouldn't be able to go this far without you!
@tiepvuvan please add widgets. That's the only thing missing. Widgets help to keep the tasks in front of the face, which is helpful since we are trying to build a habit

Given how critical habits are, it's great to see someone really committing to building the best habit tracking app out there. Congrats on the launch!

@zee Thank you so much, Zee! Categories are on their way 😃

Why I got a notification on iOS to "to vote on a big startup site"? Spam is bad!

Congrats on the launch! 🎉 The app looks well-designed, though it would be great if I could use it when I'm on my computer also. Is a web version and/or browser extension on the roadmap?
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@ifvictr yes the web version is on the roadmap! Coming soon in 2019 !

Using this on iPhone, every day so many things to do, but this app helped to streamline things. Not complicated to use and has a very minimal interface.

Cons:

Nothing so far

Wonderful app. Super suggested. Glad to be using it. Also, as an husband married to a Vietnamese woman, I am happy to see how many talented developers are popping up from this beautiful country.
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@wiredmark Thank you so much for your kind words! OMG are you in Vietnam right now? How about a meetup!
Marcello Silvestri
@nguy_n_hung_tu_n1 I'd be happy to meet with you, but we live in Birmingham, United Kingdom! However we come in Vietnam quite often. Next time is gonna be in May! My wife is from Hải Dương, but I like to travel throughout all Vietnam, north and south. If you want, look for my name (Marcello Silvestri) or my company name (Wiredmark) online and we can arrange privately 😃
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@wiredmark Haha yes let's discuss there 😥

Have used the app in iPhone for a while and what it gives me is beyond my expectation. Not a super hightech person, I always strive for the simple yet helpful things, and Habitify just suits me so good. Since I got a new Android phone, it's a little bit inconvenient to switched between the 2 to use the app in iOS. Great to know it's finally launched on Android :)))

Pros:

Simple and friendly UI, precise statictis, one-time payment, friendly and fast support.

Cons:

The dark mode should be a little bit darker

I‘ve been a Habitify user for a long time, first on iOS then on Mac. Glad to see it made available on Android now - it will only make a solid app stronger. All I can say is: TRY IT. I think you‘ll find it simple but flexible, clean, solid and above all USEFUL. Better yet, the devs are probably the most responsive of any app I’ve used. They listen, they’re interested in what their users want/need and they’re not afraid to dig deep and make adjustments. (Nor are they afraid to say “no, that’s not a direction we want to go in” - very necessary to avoid Microsoft-like feature bloat.) Go Habitify!

Pros:

Simple, one price, no IAPs, flexible, dark mode, gorgeous, stable, responsive devs

Cons:

...? Can’t think of any

Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
Thank you, Lance! You have always been our most loyal (and kindest) user!

Joel
**Pros:** - Beautiful UI, thumb up to the design team! - Intuitive and beautiful insights and statistics dashboard **Cons:** - Limited number of habits for the free version - Having to buy a licence for every single platform.
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@joel_donfak Thanks Joel! As we expand on more platforms, we're thinking of a different pricing strategy. Do you have any suggestion?
Marcello Silvestri

I love this app

Pros:

Hands down the best design throughout all habit trackers

Cons:

None for me

Maksym Kuchur
Looks great and promising! Hope this will really make a difference. Good luck with further improvements!

Habitify is bar none the best habits app I’ve ever used. It’s also the only one I’m aware of that is both one-time purchase AND had both mobile and native desktop components. What’s more, the development is active and user focused. The devs are friendly and responsive. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@will_mckim Thank you, Will! It's always a pleasure having conversation with you.

Habitify is amazing! I highly recommend the app. I have been using inferior apps on iOS for 6+ years, as a way to track "habits" and as a way to make sure I complete specific tasks daily. I used to have 5+ apps on my phone and also used the calendar app to try and make sure I did specific things that I consider important for myself either on specific days or daily. i managed to get by, but had a hard time sticking to certain things because the apps I used just lacked the features I needed, and just didn't really get the job done. I don't remember exactly how I came across Habitify, but every couple of months I look around for a better app to replace what I was currently using. I came across Habitify, and not only did it have almost every feature I needed, but it also had a macOS app that synced with the iOS app. I finally found the app I have been looking for 6+ years in the making. The dev team is great too! The only thing I felt the app was really missing was the ability to sync with iCloud, so I emailed the devs and they responded really quick, and low and behold, they have added iCloud sync. The devs even emailed me back when they added this feature. I can't say enough good things about this app. I want to be clear about something, I paid full price for this app, I have NO affiliation with the application or the dev team, and I find the app so useful that I felt that I needed to write this review. I have recommended it to people looking for an app of this type, and I have also recommended this app to people on Reddit. It's an invaluable app well worth the asking price, and pretty much the only thing in it's category that really has all of the features you would want or need. If you're considering purchasing it, this is going to be the app you have been looking for.
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@paula_smith thanks a lot for your kindness!!!

Have been using on iOS and patiently waiting for it to arrive on Android :) Tried all the competitors on both plaforms but always came back to Habitify. A very clean app, beautifully minimal, and most importantly it's helped me actually achieve my habit goals for the last 4 months. That's what it's all about in the end. It's easy to lose sight of this in the madness of the app store. Developers are very accessible and super friendly. Some might disagree, but I'm more than happy to pay for each platform. Developing for different platforms takes time and money, I don't expect it for free. And with it being a once-off fee rather than a subscription, it makes my decision much easier. To be honest I wish more apps adopted this pricing model. (Worth noting that the free version tracks 3 habits for free. More than enough to kick the tyres with, which I took full advantage of). More than happy to support these hard working developers. Their branding is top notch and you can tell they are wearing their hearts on their sleeve. Wishing them continued success in 2019! It's a yes from me 😉
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@marc_copes Thank you so much for your kind words! We really appreciate to have you as a truly loyal user! Hey what do you think about the new phone you just purchased?

Pros:

Seriously does everything you would want and need it to do for habit tracking.

Cons:

None ( The only con was that it did not support iCloud Sync initially, but I contacted the dev team and they added that feature )

The product looks lovely, congrats on the launch!! 🚀

@aidenbuis Thank you so much!!

Really helpful app. Recommend 🤘

I forgot to mention one annoying thing - I’ve purchased the Mac Os version and I still need to pay same price for iOS version to unlock pro features.
Tuan (Alan) Nguyen
@oiv Igor, yeah that bothers us too. As we haven't figured out a universal way to do it tho... Any suggestions?
