Hey Mateo! Congrats on your first Product Hunt launch! The Habit Tracker app sounds really interesting. I love the focus on simplicity and clean UI. Have you considered adding any gamification elements to keep users engaged?
Mateo Ezequiel
@goyashy Hi Yash, gamification sounds really interesting but I think it may attempt against the "simplicity" that we are looking for. Would it be a key feature for you? Thanks for your feedback! It really helps us.

Hey @mateo_appga what a good work here. Habits are hard enough to bring further problems. Making it simple and easy is all we need to making it happen. Thanks for that!

Great products
Iuliia
This seems like a great tool for those who prefer simplicity in habit tracking! I noticed that the product description highlights the ease of tracking habits, but I'm curious to know if there are any features or integrations that make it stand out from other simple habit trackers. Additionally, are there any plans to add customization options, such as different color themes or the ability to personalize habit categories? Overall, I think this app has a lot of potential and I'm excited to see how it evolves!
Mateo Ezequiel
@iuliia_all Hi Iuliia, thanks for your feedback! Currently we are working in colours and habit categories. About integrations: What kind of integration would you suggest? Thanks in advance.

I use a similar app, HabitShare — prima facie, I couldn’t find any difference— would there be anything from your knowledge that could be difference, for which I could try your tool instead?
Mateo Ezequiel
@sidphoenix Hi Siddarth, I've used HabitShare. For starters it requires Log In and I think that our UI gives you more information at a glance than HabitShare, in addition I like it better how our analytics section is displayed, but that's my personal opinion. You can try our 7 day free trial and 70% discount for a complete year by clicking here https://bit.ly/PH70OFF and decide which one is your favorite. Thanks! Your feedback is really helpful for us! Hope you can enjoy using our app :)

Congrats on the launch! I've used a pen + paper habit tracker system for the past few years and have been eager to find a suitable alternative that doesn't do too much to 'gamify' things while taking away from a simple, non-distracting experience to fit into an existing focus routine. I'm excited to give this a try. A few recommended features and friction points I had after initial usage: -Suggest being able to create habit buckets that can be swiped through (left/right) or organized into folders. I keep buckets for Health, Career, and Relationships but don't think the colors make it clear enough how those are separate. -Kind of along those lines when I was adding habits it kept adding up top while I wanted them to be added to the bottom in order of my existing list. It was annoying to have to drag each one down. -I would expect rings of the habit tracking buttons to be the same color as the labels. -Curious to see how habit visuals take shape month over month. Today in my tracking I calculate percentage of days fulfilled after each month so I can track improvement or regression for my own purposes. -I'd suggest the ability to add notes on a per day basis. I typically log if I'm traveling or if there was a holiday so if there's a window of habit 'failure' I can attach a reasoning for future reference. Hope these are helpful!

@jimmyswag Hi Sam, thanks for checking our app! Your feedback is really helful for us. We are working on habit buckets, hope you can try them when released. About the other points that you are bringing, I think that your opinion is really interesting, I will share your feedback with the team and see in which features we can work. Thanks again!
