Working at a startup can be stressful and we built this as a way to keep the team healthy with a good work life balance. Workouts and leaderboards are posted to the Slack channel to keep everyone motivated and the TV dashboard adds an extra layer of motivation on top of the personal Gyroscope Pro experience.
We started using this at Nedap quite a while ago. Providing everyone with a PRO account was the main benefit. People seem to genuinely be motivated and change their lifestyle looking at the stats. We hope to start showing the big TV dashboard inside out company soon :) It's also an awesome deal!
Regarding the core app itself: Most iPhone users are super happy, Android still has some way to go, not all seems to be Gyroscope's fault, with Google's health API's being somewhat to blame. Also, Fitbit users all seem to be upset their workouts do not carry over.
As our group of users is now quite large (~90 I think) we get a lot of comments about the those integrations and the general UX. People all agree it looks great, but is sometimes confusing. All in all, we are super happy with it :)
Pros:Great looking and cool way to increase health awareness
Cons:UX is sometimes a bit confusing

I've been using the personal Gyroscope for a couple of years and started beta testing the Team option for our team at Baremetrics a month or so ago. We love it. The daily Slack reports are always a fun conversation point and the dashboard is a great way to help encourage folks in the team to go the extra mile (there's a dad joke in there somewhere)!
Pros:Easy to set up, encourages the team to be more active
Cons:None
