First, it's a static list. I respect the hustle to put it together, but after a few people buy it then the data might as well be burned. Second, if I was on the list I'd be pissed that someone was selling my information without me opting in.

This is great for your own internal usage, but selling the info gets shady quick. And I say this as someone who runs a lead platform.

Pros:
