Congrats on the launch. Couple of questions after going through the website and the material here. All of them are meant to simply explore further the thought process behind the product and pick the brains of the makers. 1. What, according to you, makes the "decentralized" part of your pitch a key component? In other words - if this platform wasn't decentralized (web3) and was simply a web2 platform, what would that change for you, if anything at all? 2. How do you see your platform being different from managed freelance platforms like Turing or marketplaces like Upwork, Fiverr, etc? Going through the marketing material, I gather there's some additional user personas you're targeting, but the core experience involves freelancers and companies. What's the differentiator for them? 3. As with any recruitment focused platform, what's your strategy to source talent (And would be great if you can shed light on how much talent is currently present on your platform)? That seems like the largest challenge. 4. Would love to hear about the story behind the name -- Greelance! My initial guess when reading the PH card was that this is a place for freelancing for climate related roles (second guess was that its freelancing but with some eco-friendly twist to it). 5.
