The bigger you become the harder it’s to adapt new technologies - it’s not the skill set problem or money, it’s the complexity of handling data and risk of exposing something sensitive.
This product would be of a greater advantage here for bigger ships to adapt and move forward sooner..

GPTGuard is built using our Protecto APIs. Our APIs use our own AI/ML models to identify what is sensitive and mask them. You need not tell explicitly tell what is sensitive,
Every session data is deleted immediately after the chat session is closed. So we do not store or share your private information.
For enterprises and users actual solution will be deployed completely in their own private Cloud, with your firewall and security settings. All the private information stays within your private Cloud. Hope you got more clarity from this.
This is a much needed solution especially for organizations that are looking to use OpenAI but also maintain the privacy and security of the data as well. Do you also have APIs?

Genius! How exactly are you identifying sensitive information? Let's say credit card number of PII
@tomorbach GPTGuard has it's own AI module which identifies and masks PII, PCI or PHI data from every prompt. We also look for patterns to understand if it is a Credit/Debit Card number. This can be taken a little further to identify any custom patterns if necessary when it comes to enterprise solutions for big data companies.

All the user interactions and input are secure with industry-standard encryption. All our infrastructure is hosted securely in Azure.

Interesting and ambitious idea, for both AI-spectics and AI user, confidential data is a paint point. My question is if ChatGPT uses all that confidential data to create a more precise respond, is GPTGuard.ai so effective?

Sensitive data like Name, Email, Phone Number etc are masked in a format where ChatGPT understand what is the context. Like a Name will be masked as < NAME>*******< /NAME>, this allows ChatGPT to understand that it's a name but the actual name in the prompt is not revealed to ChatGPT. Making everything easy was a step many were proud and now increased security would have been the next worry but the guard in place it eliminates any left doubts. Good job @ GPT Guard
Hey @pambegua_emirate , once you signup on the platform and enter your prompt you can click on the EYE icon on the Top right corner of the prompt. This will show you the identified sensitive data which is highlighted. This will let you know what data is masked and what is not when it is sent to ChatGPT or incase any LLM on custom integration.
