We realized that with the new normal of virtual workspaces, employee engagement and corporate social impact will also shift to the virtual space. From taking a short quiz that makes one more deaf-aware to writing an uplifting message for a hospitalized kid, to sending thank you notes to front line healthcare workers, there are a variety of “micro” actions that we have curated with our nonprofit partners across 100+ countries. The host can choose from across focus areas such as mental health, racial equity, climate change, gender equity, amongst others. Small actions lead to significant changes! The karma app on Zoom is an excellent way of engaging distributed teams to dedicate just 10 minutes of their time to doing good!

After having felt a bit isolated because of remote working during the pandemic, this would be a good tool to use to boost spirits and help with making people feel more connected during times when it's difficult.
