Hey, hunters! I’m really excited to share this with you. But first, it’s story time 👇 Pretty much every time I share GoHenry with someone, they say, “Whoa, I wish I had that when I was young.” Every time. And I feel the same way. Our mission is personal to me. My parents were immigrants, counted every penny, didn't have a lot of savings and so they never learned how to build wealth or understood long-term savings. I want to make sure that never happens with my own two kids. Since GoHenry started in 2012, it’s always been about one thing: giving families the tools to make every kid smart with money. And along the way, we found a community that shares that mission. Whether they are confident with managing money themselves or don't want their children to repeat the same mistakes they made, they are all tied together with a belief that the right tools can inspire a lifetime of financial wellbeing. A kids’ debit card so they can learn to spend wisely in the real world, and an app where parents can guide their progress, send allowance, set goals and more. Thanks to investment from the management team and co-founders, Edison Partners, Revaia, Citi Ventures, a network of Angel investors, and record-breaking crowdfunding from our own customers—today we have 1.7 million members. Now we are launching the next phase: gamified, in-app Money Missions. These fun videos and quizzes engage kids in the app. They can unlock new skills like saving, investing, and more—it even covers how compound interest works. For me, this is personal. It’s the kind of thing I wish I’d had when I was young. Check it out: https://www.gohenry.com/us/v2/le.... Can’t wait to hear what you think!

I am signing my kids up for this as soon as I get home. We had green dot cards for a while and the user experience was poor. I love that you are not only provided a needed service (debit cards for kids/teens) but also pairing it with financial literacy!

@kashmiah Hi Kashem! My children have their cards and have started using them. My two younger children (10 &11) really like the money missions. My 14 year old does not but that's not surprising because he doesn't like the majority of things right now😂. The only thing that I don't love is that when you add a co-parent they have access to your funding source. It would be nice to be able to add a co-parent with their own funding account and not have access to fund from the other parent's account.
