Hey Everyone, CallHippo is a Business phone system with automation that helps improve team productivity. We are known for providing the leading customer support infrastructure within our industry. We solved this problem in 2 steps 1) we partner with multiple provides creating a failsafe 2) Smart Switch - we gave each user 2 telephony providers that could provide optimal connectivity and gave them the option to choose between the two.
