This is what we learned back then: ☞ Adding screenshots to tracking docs reduced implementation bugs by 90% while increasing overall implementation times, accessibility and self-service on data-related queries. ☞ Including screenshots in dashboards and ad-hoc requests to give context significantly increased engagement and discussion, particularly from less technical folks. Marketer here, I've given event tracking requirements in Excel sheets, Google Sheets, Notion templates, Loom videos, explained to devs in standup calls, and then have reviewed them gazillions of times in Mixpanel or Google Analytics. It is always painful 😣 to maintain them with newer UI updates. This looks awesome!
