getActyv was discovered owing to the physical fitness model getting bombed during Covid. Digital consumption and assisted fitness were the new normal. However, it has many gaps when it comes to freedom of time, access, affordability, and above all effectiveness. Good-quality coaches are difficult to discover and/or not affordable. Leveraging Ai models, computer vision, and motion tracking layered with an intelligent recommendation engine can make a personal trainer/physio accessible to billions and do effective and personalized training for good physical health and happier life. It would be great to know from the community what are the biggest challenges they face in their fitness journey and what they think tech needs to solve.
