Why is the user experience of Web3 so confusing? ...compared to regular apps.

We are stuck in the Developer lead marketing zone. It takes a lot of work to get these projects up and running and they don't want their effort "dumbed down" by marketing speak. IMO, this is delaying adaptation of a lot of great technology.
