Why does it show that there are replies in the discussion, but I can't see them?

I have that happen to me too. I see the notification but I don't actually see it. In my experience, it seems like it takes a certain amount of time for the content to show up.

Sometimes, it's just a delay in loading the replies due to heavy traffic or slow internet.

On PH, there’s moderation, so messages aren’t visible right away.
