@kitanirjv Hey, thanks for asking! Most businesses use so many different spreadsheets to manage employees, HRMS solution centralize employee management, managers can track time, track training progress, automate onboarding or offboarding employees and much more from one single platform!

@brenkinfa Really nice! How many launches have you done on PH? What was your experience, just curious to know from a veteran

@vitor_pvsoares How long did you guys take to develop it? I'm curious, because the result sounds super nice and intuitive but I can't imagine the complexity to design this

@kitanirjv thanks a lot! We'll we did a first prototype (<1 week) in Q4 2023, to collect more feedback after the first discovery interviews. We used the backend logic and front-end of a previous unrelated product to have a quick prototype. But then we needed to improve a lot the UX and prompting. AskCory with the current value prop was launched around Jan 2024, but we continue to improve it of course (maybe 8h a week for dev, which is suboptimal).

@kitanirjv oh we always want it to go big :) But not like a unicorn. Probably bootstrapping until a mid level exit. But who knows?!
