I believe every Social Media has it's own advantages and unique opportunities. Before closing in on any single Social Media, try figuring out your target audience and your products ICP. Once that is figured, you can create insightful content to gain your audience's attention or send personalized emails/ DMs. (I would be happy to help you with further information on personalization, if you need any)
@gloria_ayanbimpe Hi Gloria! Interesting idea. I don't understand it totally, can you pls name your product like for 10-year girl? As I understood, your product analysis the call script or text with the customer and gives the resume?
@anna_kasumova hey Anna, thanks. If it's a customer call, Insight7 transcribes it to text and the AI analyzes it to get key insights. If it's an interview transcript, NPS survey response, it analyzes it and also gives key insights. Hope that helps? :)
It all depends on your product, target audience, and goals. For instance, we sell IT solutions to startups, which means we're pure B2B. That's why we prefer using LinkedIn, the biggest professional network. The great thing about LinkedIn is that most people there understand the industry, and it's easy to discuss complex professional topics with them. But, it's important to know that promoting through LinkedIn takes a lot of effort and time.
If it's a B2B product then Linkedin is a goldmine to start with. If you mix it with cold mail then the result are great.
Multiple outreach like Cold email + LinkedIN + cold calls works wonders.
For us, LinkedIn has been #1. Twitter is next up. But I would say it depends on your product, whether B2B OR B2C.
P.S. we launched Insight7 today and would appreciate the support

Finding the right social media channel for your product/startup depends on various factors, including your target audience and the nature of your offering. While it's essential to have a presence across multiple platforms, I'd recommend focusing on ones that align well with your niche and where your potential clients are most active.
For instance, if you're in the edtech space like ProApp, you might want to explore platforms where educators, students, and design enthusiasts congregate. LinkedIn can be great for networking with professionals in the industry, Twitter for engaging in real-time conversations, and Instagram for showcasing visually appealing design content.
Speaking of edtech, have you checked out ProApp yet? It's a fantastic learning platform designed to help you master design skills. You can discover it on Product Hunt today! (https://www.producthunt.com/prod...)
Remember, understanding your audience and their preferences will play a crucial role in selecting the best social media channels for your product's success. Good luck!
Go where the attention is and don’t put all of your eggs in one basket. Try all of the platforms. Know how the different platforms communicate with the audience and tailor your message. There isn’t an easy answer, it takes time and patience, but if you create a good foundation with an engaged community, you’ll win for a long time. Good luck!
