Imagine, you could improve only one aspect of your business model, product features, marketing funnel, and so on. For instance, you can focus on what works well and make it working even better. Or, you can focus on what works poor and make it working average. What will be your strategy?

Playing on your strength at the start could very well make all the difference! We focus too much on what we cannot figure out and too less on what makes our product better.
