WhatsApp would be the best channel for existing customer who opts-in! But, for prospect or non-existing customer - emails/ad channels can be preferred.
@harimurthy undoubtedly people are relying on whatsApp as much as possible, also this gives a sense of personalisation between the business and the customers.
Mostly B2B takes a long time to become a prospect, you need to nurture them more. For that process, Email helps. But it is always better to try everything before we assume this will work for us.
