Simplicity is more important starting out. Customization is helpful once you have users familiar with your product and want to get more out of it.

I think simplicity is more important
Simplicity always. When somthing is simple you can add customization, performance and anything you would like.

@techexplorer I completely agree! Simplicity lays the foundation for a seamless user experience. it's easier to add complexity later, but starting simple makes it more intuitive and accessible.

Customization is typically for large enterprise clients and requires separate deployment. Simpler solutions are usually used for SaaS systems, and it's not recommended to start with customization.

Simplicity wins out for me. The user experience is key and less is usually more. Customization has its place for power users but a clean, intuitive interface is most important. Keep it simple!
