When will this IT downturn end?

Not sure if it is a downturn or simply a change of direction given the AI rise.

@dadaista I think not all spheres are powered by good AI.
But all IT spheres are in bad situation many people can't get a job.
With the arrival of a singular technology, users begin to despise any technology prior to it, but it will only happen for a period: until a way is discovered to combine both.
Furthermore, even though transformers are terribly more innovative year after year, there will always be a collection of applications that will be intended to be used in a traditional manner.
